These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile apps, booking systems and services provided by Skyfleet Cargo Express (“Cargoss”, “we”, “us”). By using our site or booking services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

1. Services

We provide cargo transport, truck hiring, packing, warehousing and related logistics services (“Services”). All bookings are subject to availability and Company policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts. By using our Services you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Access

• You may need to create an account to book or track shipments.
• Keep login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Bookings, Rates & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed when we accept your order and issue confirmation.
• Quoted rates are valid for the booking period only and may change.
• Payment terms are set at booking (prepaid, COD, corporate billing).
• We accept payments by the methods displayed on the site. Fees, taxes, and surcharges may apply.

5. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellation and change policies are stated at booking.
• Cancellation fees may apply.
• For same-day/express bookings, stricter cutoffs may apply.

6. Pickup, Delivery & Access

• You must provide accurate pickup/delivery addresses and contact details.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, inaccessible locations, customs or third-party carriers.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a guaranteed service was purchased.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

You must not ship illegal, hazardous, perishable, flammable, corrosive, or otherwise restricted items unless explicitly approved by us and compliant with applicable laws. Examples include (but are not limited to): explosives, illegal drugs, live animals (unless agreed), firearms (without prior authorization), and certain chemicals. We may refuse or terminate service for prohibited items.

8. Packaging & Labelling

• Proper packaging and labeling are the shipper’s responsibility.
• We may refuse inadequately packed items.
• Fragile or high-value items should be declared and packaged accordingly.

9. Insurance & Risk of Loss

• Unless otherwise agreed, the shipper retains title and risk of loss until delivery; check your local rules.
• We offer declared value coverage or can arrange cargo insurance at additional cost. Declared value is not insurance—read coverage limits carefully.

10. Liability Limitations

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company’s liability for loss, damage, delay or non-delivery is limited to the amount paid for the Service or any limits set by applicable law or applicable carrier rules.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, or lost business.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, illegal shipments, or your misuse of the Services.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, text and graphics are owned by the Company or licensed to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse content without written permission.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to third-party sites or use third-party carriers. We are not responsible for third-party terms, content, or performance.

14. Privacy

15. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access, refuse service, or cancel bookings if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or act unlawfully. Termination does not waive fees or other remedies.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site with an effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chennai jurisdiction . Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or dispute resolution process specified in your booking or applicable law. Replace with arbitration clause if desired and lawful in your jurisdiction.
